Date: May 13, 2010

Time:  6pm - 7:30pm   (Dinner: 6pm, Meeting begins at 6:30 pm sharp)
Dinner: Fajita Bar including sides, chips and salsa, drink and dessert

Cost:  $15/person with meal; no charge for meeting alone

You MUST register online and, if eating, pay online in order to attend the event.  It is important to have accurate headcounts for our events.  Registration and payments MUST be received no later than 5pm on Tuesday, May 11th.

Description:

First on the agenda is a celebration of the history of the Golden Spike Section of the ASQ. We expect to have many of our past leadership in attendance. They created the organization we get the benefits from so please come and help thank them.

“The Raving Fan”

After celebrating our past we will start the planning for next year. Join Aaron Loftus, a customer service facilitator from Pinnacle Security Systems in Orem Utah, as he helps us understand what it takes to create “Raving Fans” (that’s you, the members) for our section.

Pinnacle Security Systems is one of the largest home security systems providers in the United States. Their vision is offer world class customer service that ultimately builds a customer base of not just satisfied customers, but loyal customers who are raving fans of their services and brand.  They strive to do this by offering exceptional service during every interaction with their customer.  Their goal is to not just to meet their customers needs, but exceed their expectations and give them a story to tell. 

After his short presentation Aaron will facilitate us through an exercise intended to understand the Golden Spike membership needs. Your membership will use this information to strengthen our service to you, our members.

The Drawing…

At the end of the evening we will draw to see who will receive the all expense paid trip to Washington DC and visit to the NIST laboratories. Even though you do not have to be present to win come join the excitement as your section provides such an exciting opportunity to one lucky member.
